    <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman;">Nous ne comprenons pas l’attitude incohérentes de ces 3<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span> OS que sont la CFE-CGC, la CFDT
    et la CFTC, pourtant signataires de la déclaration commune au niveau national.</span>

    <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman;">Nous rappelons que ces 3 OS sont aussi les signataires de la fusion et que l’une d’entre elles a même déclaré qu’elle était pressée de
    voir mettre en œuvre l’organigramme de la vague 3, les sites mixtes, et la formation de conseiller personnel.</span>

    <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman;">Nous doutons que tous les encadrants obtiendront satisfaction&nbsp;…même si nous comprenons par ailleurs leur impatience.</span>

    <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman;">Pour nous, le plus important est d’instaurer un moratoire sur les conditions et le calendrier de la mise en œuvre de Pôle emploi et la
    remise en cause des métiers et activités respectifs.</span>

    <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Times New Roman;">La direction, par ce passage en force, démontre son profond mépris à l’égard des conditions de travail de l’ensemble des agents qui
    subissent de plein fouet la mise en œuvre de cette fusion dans un contexte catastrophique d’augmentation du chômage et de récession économique.</span>
